- Deleted message recovery through notification access
- Deleted media recovery where technically possible

Some features may vary depending on your Android version, device manufacturer, or operating system limitations.
4. Permissions
Certain features require Android permissions, including Notification Access and access to media or selected storage folders.
You may revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings. Doing so may prevent some features from functioning properly.

Dele is an independent application developed by BREXOFT.
It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with WhatsApp LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their affiliates. “WhatsApp” is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC and is referenced only to describe compatibility with supported messaging folders and user workflows.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Dele is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BREXOFT makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted operation of the application.
We do not guarantee that every deleted message or media file can be recovered, as recovery depends on Android system behavior, granted permissions, notification availability, and device limitations.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BREXOFT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use or inability to use Dele.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your important data.
12. Updates and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of Dele at any time without prior notice.
We may also revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the application after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the application if these Terms are violated or if required by law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where BREXOFT operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
