Dele is designed to process most information directly on your device.

Notification Access
If you enable the Deleted Message Recovery feature, Dele requires Notification Access permission.
This permission allows the app to detect notifications received on your device so deleted messages can be displayed after they have been removed by the sender.
Notification information is processed locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.
Photos, Videos and Files
To save statuses and manage media files, Dele requires access to photos, videos, audio files, and documents stored on your device.
On supported Android versions, Dele uses the Storage Access Framework (SAF) or Android media permissions to access only the folders you authorize.
The app only accesses files necessary to provide requested features.
Direct Message Feature
The Direct Message feature allows you to start a conversation using a phone number without saving it to your contacts.
Phone numbers entered for this feature are used only to open the supported messaging application and are not stored on our servers.
Crash Diagnostics
When a crash or unexpected error occurs, Dele may automatically send anonymous technical diagnostics through Firebase Crashlytics.
This information is used only to identify and fix application issues and improve reliability.
Crash reports do not include your personal conversations, photos, videos, documents, or status content.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
Unless otherwise stated:
- We do not create user accounts.
- We do not collect passwords.
- We do not collect payment information.
- We do not upload your personal messages.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not access your contacts unless explicitly required by a future feature.
3. How We Use Information
Information accessed by Dele is used only to provide app functionality, including:
- Saving status updates
- Recovering deleted notifications
- Displaying media files
- Organizing saved content
- Opening direct chats
- Improving app stability and performance
4. Data Storage
Most information processed by Dele remains on your device.
Saved statuses, recovered notifications, and downloaded media are stored locally unless you delete them.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We do not share your personal data with third parties except when required by law or when necessary to comply with legal obligations.
6. Permissions
Depending on your Android version, Dele may request permissions including:

Dele is not directed toward children under the age of 13.

9. Third-Party Services
Dele uses trusted third-party services to help maintain app quality and reliability.
Firebase Crashlytics Dele uses Firebase Crashlytics, a service provided by Google, to collect crash reports and diagnostic information when the app encounters unexpected errors.
The information collected may include:

10. Your Choices
You may:
- Revoke permissions at any time through Android Settings.
- Delete saved files from within the app.
- Uninstall the application whenever you choose.
Disabling certain permissions may prevent some features from functioning correctly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date at the top of this document.
