Brexoft (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Dele mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The core principle of our data handling practice is simple: We minimize data access and never store your private content on our servers.
1. Information Collection and Use
To provide the core functionality of Dele, the App requires certain permissions and may process the following information on your device:
Notification Data: When you enable the Notification Recovery feature, the App accesses the content of notifications displayed by other applications on your device. This may include:
- The name of the app sending the notification
- The message text or content of the notification
- Sender information
Crucially, this notification data is processed locally on your device and is NOT transmitted to or stored on our servers. It is only displayed to you within the App for the purpose of recovering dismissed notifications.
Media Files (Status Updates): When you use the Status Saver feature, the App accesses and saves images and videos from the designated folders of other messaging applications to your device’s local gallery/storage.
These media files are only saved to your device’s local storage. We do not upload, transmit, or store these files on our servers.
Non-Personal Data (Analytics): We may collect non-personal, anonymized data to help us improve the App’s performance and user experience. This data may include:
- Crash reports and error logs
- Information about how you interact with the App (e.g., which features are used most)
- Device information (e.g., model, Android version)
This data is collected through third-party services like Google Firebase Analytics and cannot be used to identify you personally.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain the core functionality of the App (recovering notifications, saving statuses)
- To improve the App and fix bugs
- To communicate with you about App updates or critical notices
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal notification data or saved media to any third parties. The non-personal, analytical data we collect may be shared with trusted third-party service providers (like Google Firebase) who assist us in operating the App, under strict data protection agreements.
4. Security
The security of your data is important to us. Since your private notification and media data never leaves your device, it is protected by the built-in security of your Android operating system.
5. Your Control and Choices
Permissions: You can grant or revoke the App’s permissions (like Notification Access) at any time through your device’s Settings. Revoking these permissions will disable the corresponding features of the App.
Data Deletion: To delete all data associated with the App, you can simply clear the App’s data from your device’s application settings or uninstall the App. This will remove all locally stored notification history and cached data.
6. Children’s Privacy
Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date.
